Who owns the photographs?
As "the photographer" HomePixPro owns all copyrights to the images we take. We grant a limited license to our customers
to use the images to market the property in the manner they see fit. We will even let you use them if you ever sell the same property over again. However, they are not available to be used if another Realtor takes over the listing.
Do you work in the rain?
Rain and camera equipment don't mix. If it is more than 70% chance of rain, we will need to reschedule your session. If we
do go out to the session and get caught in the rain, we will wait 15 minutes for an opportunity to get our outside shots. If we
are unable to do so, we will need to go back to the property. A $50 trip charge would apply and it will need to be rescheduled when we are in that area again.
Do you move items?
We do not prefer to move or touch anything for obvious liability reasons. We don't mind turning on lights and opening blinds
but that is the extent. If we are required to move items, the Realtor assumes all responsibility should something get broken.
What is MLS photography?
MLS is photography that is used specifically for display purposes on the MLS. MLS properties are not photographed with
the intention of being in magazines, winning awards or being framed for the office. We use a simple flash on camera
process. The type of photography required to do magazine quality images is called architectural photography which would
require additional light set ups as well as a much higher price point. Architectural photography is coming soon!
Do you have access to the MLS?
Absolutely! We can upload your images directly to MLS at no extra charge. Once your listing is active in the MLS we can
upload your images. We do NOT need your sign in information. Although we arrange them the way we would do it if we were
the agent, you may need to rearrange for your specific taste. Also, you will need to add descriptions if so desired.
Do you charge sales tax?
Unfortunately yes we do. The product we offer does indeed fall under the guidelines as a taxable product.
The good news is, all of our prices include the sales tax! For more information please click here or contact the Texas state
comptrollers office for more information.
What if I don't like my images?
We are 100% confident you will love your images. However, if you don't love your images we will keep them, and process a
full refund. Read T&C for refund info on 10 packs.
Do you have a supra key?
Absolutely! Although you do need to make sure to have your CBS code from HAR.
What is a CBS code?
Your CBS code stands for Call Before Showing. This is a code that goes with your supra lock box. It is buried deep in all the paperwork you received when you got your lock box. It is a code for 3rd party vendors like photographers, inspectors
and tradesman who have affiliate accounts with HAR. In order to retrieve your CBS code you can shuffle through your
paperwork, or call HAR @ (713) 629-1900 with your serial number of the lockbox and they will be happy to give it to you.
